The unfinished Draft

It has been long since I posted anything on my blog. Today I happened to browse through my old PC and chanced upon an text document which had the draft of one of the posts I had intended to post. Before I could post things changed drastically. This is what happened before I could post it!

-We got the big news- "Sanvi's (our 4 year old daughter) arrival" and my world has never been the same again.

Finally posting the unfinished draft saved for half a decade now-

On a recent trip to Kanyakumari - Rameswaram- Madurai , I was awestruck by the magnificent architecture of the temples. Little did I know about these places before I actually went there . It was a totally unplanned trip. Sirish suddenly got leave for 5 days (thanks to a new HR policy in his company) and we decided to go somewhere for a holiday. Since it was monsoon time, we had rule out options of Munnar and Goa and hence we decided to go to Kanyakumari.

We had no prior hotel bookings or train tickets booked. We managed to get tickets in tatkal for Kanyakumari express which is from Bangalore-Kanyakumari."

I have pleasant memories of our trip. We enjoyed our stay in kanyakumari. 

Rameswaram was beautiful and Sirish's mobile even beeped "Welcome to Srilanka" when we went for Ramasethu.

Temple in Madurai was magnificient with tall gopurams and excellent architecture. Finally we returned home from Madurai.
